Privacy Policy | EcomVisual

How EcomVisual collects, uses, stores, and shares information for its AI product visual studios.

Last updated: 2026-08-01

Effective date: August 1, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how EcomVisual ("EcomVisual", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you visit ecomvisual.ai, create an account, use our AI product visual studios, buy credits or a subscription, upload material, or contact us.

By using the service, you acknowledge the practices described here. This policy should be read with our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

We collect information you provide directly, which may include:

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, login credentials, and profile image when provided.
  • Communications with us, including support requests, feedback, and attachments.
  • Billing information needed to complete a purchase, such as the selected product, transaction status, invoice or order reference, and payment-provider identifiers. Our payment processors handle full payment-card details; we do not receive or store full card numbers on our own servers.

Studio and generation information

To run the studio and show your history, we process:

  • Prompts, directions, selected models, visual settings, and task status.
  • Product images, optional model-reference images, and the related file metadata you upload.
  • Generated images, video outputs, previews, output URLs, and task-history records.
  • Credit grants, consumption, expiration, reversals for eligible failed tasks, subscription state, and order records.

Technical and usage information

We and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, including browser and device information, IP address or approximate region, pages and features used, timestamps, request and error logs, security signals, and cookie or similar identifiers. Where enabled, analytics providers may also record interaction data such as clicks, scrolling, heatmaps, and session-replay information to help us understand and improve the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and provide the requested studio features.
  • Process payments, subscriptions, credit grants, cancellations, receipts, and support requests.
  • Send prompts and authorized uploads to the providers needed to create requested outputs, then store and display the resulting task history.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the service; detect fraud, abuse, policy violations, and technical failures.
  • Communicate service, security, account, billing, and support notices.
  • Comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms of Service.

EcomVisual does not use your prompts or uploads to train a general-purpose AI model unless we first obtain a separate, lawful basis to do so and provide any notice required by applicable law. Third-party AI providers process content under their own terms and privacy policies; this statement does not alter those providers' independent practices.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, preferences, checkout flow, and service operation. We or our providers may also use analytics, performance, and advertising-measurement technologies where enabled.

You can control many non-essential cookies through browser settings and any consent controls we make available. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the service from working.

5. When we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service or where required by law, including with:

  • Payment providers that process checkout, billing, subscription management, fraud checks, and receipts.
  • Cloud, database, storage, email, authentication, analytics, support, and AI-generation providers that process information on our behalf.
  • Advertising and conversion-measurement providers when enabled, which may receive limited event information about site interactions or completed conversion events.
  • Professional advisers, law-enforcement authorities, regulators, or other parties where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, property, or the service.
  • A successor or prospective transaction party in a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

These providers may have their own privacy terms. We share only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant service.

6. AI content and uploaded files

Your prompts, uploaded images, reference images, and generated outputs are processed to fulfill your requests, maintain your task history, troubleshoot issues, protect the platform, and enforce our terms. Do not upload any material unless you have the permissions necessary to use it with EcomVisual.

We may restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose content where reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or support. We do not promise that any generation result will remain available indefinitely.

7. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and billing records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. The applicable period varies by data type and context.

When information is deleted from active systems, residual copies may remain in backups, security logs, or records that we must retain for a limited period. We may retain minimal information needed to honor an opt-out, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport where supported, and provider security controls. No internet-based service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict some processing. These rights are not absolute and may be limited by law.

To make a request, email support@ecomvisual.ai from the email address associated with your account and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You can also manage some account information through your account settings.

10. International processing

EcomVisual and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

11. Children's privacy

EcomVisual is not directed to anyone under 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction if higher. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our service or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice through the service or by email where appropriate.

13. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact support@ecomvisual.ai.
